clerk of the Circuit Court for the first district of Hind
county. State of Mississippi, Marion Dunbar, who acknowl¬

corporation of the "General Baptist Missionary Associa¬
tion of the State of Mississippi," was pursuant to the pro¬
visions of Chapter 55 of the Revised Code, 1871, recorded
in the Book of Incorporations in this office.
