The minutes of the last meeting were read
approved.
The minutes of the Finance Committee were :

The report of the Treasurer wTas read
referred to the Auditing Committee, who were
requested to examine the securities of the Trust
report upon both subjects.
Annual Report.
It was voted that the Secretary should put
annually a report of the proceedings of the Bo
and should acid to it the report of the Treasi
and also a copy of the Charter of the Trustees,
the Founder's original letter.
